Welcome to Kimpton Cardinal. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of North Carolina. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas. Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Morning Coffee Service is available in the lobby across from the Front Desk from 6:00a.m. until 10:00a.m. Additionally, a coffee maker placed in your room upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist
  • Evening Social Hour is available in our living room from 5:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. You have the opportunity to either unwind in the living room or relax in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services by Relax & Rejuvenate have limited availability by advance appointment only

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available at $23/night.
  • Our staff is following guidance provided by the World Health Organization and U.S. Center for Disease Control.

Housekeeping Services:

  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.
  • Please note that robes and other previous standard amenities for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • You can also text us directly at 336-365-2333 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.
