Meet Your Wedding Planner, Tricia Shaw
Tricia was introduced to the world of events young when her mother, a banquet manager, gave her an inside look into her day-to-day. Tricia eventually went on to open her own wedding planning company serving, Boston and Newport, RI. Two of her Rhode Island weddings were even published! Her transition into hotels gave her the opportunity to move first to Miami, then Palm Beach and finally landing in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she has created lavish affairs as well as intimate weddings.

My Favorite part of every wedding is...
When the groom sees the bride walking down the aisle. If I see him cry, I’m going to cry along with him. It's such a pure, happy moment.
Taking a year off and bumming around beach towns. I would particularly love to see Australia’s Gold Coast, Bali, Koh Phi Phi (Thailand), and Bora Bora.
I can’t choose! Boston, because it’s my hometown. Miami, because of the weather (and it was home for twelve years). And Florence, Italy, because there’s pasta, bread, and wine.
